Remote Office
- What is Lyor Remote Office?
Lyor Remote Office lets you manage your remote team’s home office needs, anywhere in North India, with ease. Whether you need to set up 10 or 10,000 remote employees, our quick and easy to use technology ensures a seamless experience so you and your team can stay focused and enhance remote productivity.
- How does it Work?
We make sure that the designing of your property is done in such a way that the tenant is “lured” to move in. Your property gets listed at our wide back-end network that helps in renting out the property faster. However, there’s no guarantee on the maximum time limit.
- Does Lyor charge for the listing service?
It’s very simple, just choose your remote package or customize them. We will deliver your items to your remote team members anywhere in North India.
- What is the life of your furnishings?
Well, we use sustainable and environment friendly materials that has a life of 10 years in decent usage and appliances as per the brand warranty.
- What are your available lease terms?
The lease terms are 6, 12 & 24 months.
- Why should we use Lyor Remote Office?

- What happens after I place my order?
First, you’ll receive a confirmation email where you can sign your electronic lease. Next, one of our customer care representatives will be in touch with your scheduled delivery date.
- What happens once your term is over?
You would have 3 options:
- Keep the equipment by paying a closure fees at depreciated value that will be calculated at that time.
- Exchange your items for other items and enter into a new lease.
- Return the equipment back.
- Is there a lease agreement?
Yes, we have a simple lease agreement that you will need to sign electronically after you place the order.
- What if I need to terminate my lease?
You may be asked to pay a small early closure fee which depends on the minimum tenure you had opted for when booking your package. The fee will be a multiple of rent you were paying and will be billed to you along with the Pro-rata rent for the items you wish to return.
- Where do you deliver?
At the moment we deliver anywhere in North India. Our services will be available in Pan Indian Cities in the coming months.
- Do I have to pay for the delivery?
If your delivery is within a 50 KMS radius from Delhi, its free and anything after that will be chargeable one time and shall be conveyed to you at the time of signing of the lease. While the installation is free of cost.
- What is the expected delivery time of the Order?
Generally, it’s 7 to 10 days. But due to this pandemic and restrictions its now 30 days tops after your initial deposit is submitted and the lease is signed.
- How do pickups work?
Just raise a request on the customer care service with a 15 days’ notice and we’ll schedule a pickup.
- What if the item is damaged at the time of return?
Our pickup team will diagnose for any damage at the time in your presence and let you know the intensity of damage. Damage which makes the furniture functionally unusable is chargeable. The amount will be decided by Lyor on a case to case basis. Normal wear and tear which does not cause functional damage to the products due to usage is absolutely free.
- How does the billing work?
Your lease starts accruing based on the delivery date. You will be required to sign an e-NACH form with the bank details you want to do the payment from. You will be charged every month in between 1st or 15th based on your comfortable payment scheduled date that will be fixed at the time of signing of lease.
- What happens if I face any issues with the products?
Please raise a request at contact@lyor.life with the issue that you may be facing and we will take necessary action to resolve it As Soon As Possible.
- Are there any credit checks?
We request certain financial details from our clients as a part of KYC. It will be a one-time activity and the details shared with us will be confidential and not used for any other purposes.
Landlords
- How do I get associated with Lyor?
We believe in providing the best quality living to the tenants while keeping your financial interests. So, we design and furnish your property and list it on our website and help you rent it ASAP.
- Does Lyor guarantee renting out the property?
We make sure that the designing of your property is done in such a way that the tenant is “lured” to move in. Your property gets listed at our wide back-end network that helps in renting out the property faster. However, there’s no guarantee on the maximum time limit.
- Does Lyor charge for the listing service?
There is no commission whatsoever if the tenant from Lyor network gets converted. Simply augmenting satisfaction on both ends.
- What is the life of your furnishings?
Well, we use sustainable and environment friendly materials that has a life of 10 years in decent usage and appliances as per the brand warranty.
- Who furnishes the property?
Our in-house design team will completely furnish your property and equip it with essentials for the stays.
- What all “maintenance” covers in the contract?
We do the servicing of appliances, replace if necessary, dry-cleaning of soft furnishings once in 6 months.
- What all “maintenance” is not covered in the contract?
Any kind of physical damage, on call dry-cleaning service before due date would be chargeable as per actuals.
- Is it necessary to rent the furniture to be associated to Lyor?
We have a flexible rent-to-own package for you, where your rent would be converted to EMIs and you can make a balloon payment at the end of the tenure to own the setup done by us.
- What happens to my property post rent-to-own?
You still get the listing facility for life time with us, satisfying our property standards. Any maintenance post rent-to-own, is chargeable as per actuals.
- What happens after the rental tenure is matured?
We would love to keep you on board and renew the lease with same terms and conditions. But if for any reason, you wish to opt out, you just raise a request to get the set up picked without any closure charges. Just the rent on pro-rata basis is calculated and you pay only that. If there is no action from your end after crossing your rental tenure, your contract is automatically renewed month on month. Your rental contract ends only when you wish to.
- What happens if I opt out before the lease is matured?

- What are the available modes of payment?
You can pay us through net-banking, credit card, debit card, UPI, payment wallet.
- Do I need to pay for delivery and installation?
We don’t charge for delivery ever. We deliver and pick up the products absolutely free of cost as per your schedule.
- How much time do you take to furnish the property?
The typical time frame right now is 40-60 days as we manufacture the furniture on our own to assure the best quality to you and your residents. While, on site we take no more than 2-7 days depending upon the number of rooms you would like to furnish, even if you have a 200+ rooms. We’re trying hard to bring the total time frame to 7 days.
Residents
- What is Lyor for residents?
For residents, Lyor is a platform to find quality homes/rooms for long term stay, with ZERO brokerage. We make sure the property is up to the mark as per latest trends. You just need to bring your personal stuff and rest all is there. And guess what, you can ask your landlord to swap any furniture provided by us for free of cost or minor difference as per your requirement.
- To whom am I supposed to pay the rent?
You’re supposed to pay the rent to the property owner itself. Lyor is just listing the property associated with the company.
- To whom shall I contact in case of any maintenance?
You can contact the landlord for any maintenance related issue, and if the scope belongs to us, we will serve you at the earliest. This is for the ease of the both of you so that there is no mediator in between.
- Is Lyor managing the property?
No, Lyor is just providing the movable assets to the landlord and maintaining it for your comfortable stay.
- How do I find a Lyor associated property?
Just visit our website http://www.lyor.life and go to “Find Lyor Homes”. You can see the property details and the availability too. If you’re interested, call the landlord right then and make a deal without paying any brokerage.
